The Young Alumni Committee, within the Texas Exes Dallas Chapter, holds to its mission of easing the transition from college to post-grad life by engaging recent UT alumni in the Dallas area through various group activities. 

Young Alumni events are designed to be opportunities for alumni who are around 10 years of graduation to interact with fellow Longhorns in a fun, welcoming atmosphere.  Some events include fundraising events that give Young Alumni an opportunity to help raise funds for the chapter scholarships awarded to Dallas area students attending UT Austin. 

The Young Alumni committee members organize events and activities that support the mission of the committee and the Dallas Texas Exes.  Members can get involved in a variety of focus areas including social, volunteer service, and sports & wellness events. The committee will manage all areas of event planning including promotion and budgeting.  The committee has a full board to rely on for support the committee in PR & Marketing and Finance.
